Grievance cell

The Grievance Redressal Cell of the College of Health Sciences, PIMS, is committed to fostering a fair, transparent, and student-friendly environment by addressing concerns and resolving issues in an efficient manner.

Objective:

The Grievance Redressal Cell aims to provide a structured platform for students, faculty, and staff to express their concerns regarding academic, administrative, or personal matters and ensure their timely resolution.

Scope of Grievances:

1. Academic concerns (examinations, attendance, curriculum, faculty support, etc.).
2. Administrative issues (infrastructure, hostel facilities, transport, etc.).
3. Harassment or discrimination concerns.
4. Any other valid concerns affecting students, faculty, or staff.

Procedure for Filing a Grievance:

1. Grievances can be submitted in writing or through the official email at principalchs@pimsmmm.net.
2. A dedicated grievance box is available in the administrative office for anonymous submissions.
3. Complaints will be reviewed by the Grievance Redressal Committee within 48 hours and appropriate actions will be taken.
4. Confidentiality will be strictly maintained to protect the identity of the complainant.
