Overview

The Physician Assistant (PA) course was introduced in India by Dr. KM Cherian, a pioneering cardiac surgeon. This program prepares students to assist doctors in diagnosing and treating patients, conducting medical procedures, and managing healthcare services.

Eligibility for Admission

  • Candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the Allied Health Sciences should have passed the qualifying examinations after period of 12 years of study with English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology with minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC, ST, MBC and OBC candidates) in each subjects (Academic / Vocational Stream).
